Ingredients
PEACH COBBLER FILLING
2 cans peaches
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
BISCUIT TOPPING
4 Tbsp COLD butter
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients for the peach cobbler filling and place in a round 8" pan.
Combine all the biscuit topping ingredients using a pastry cutter (or a fork will work fine too).
Sprinkle the biscuit topping evenly on top of the cobbler and place it in the smoker.
After 10 minutes, switch the temperature of the smoker up to 375 degrees. Cook the cobbler for an additional 50-60 minutes or until the biscuit topping is firm and golden brown.
Let the cobbler rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whatever toppings you prefer!
